MAKING HYPERTUFA PLANTERS

Wondering what to do with all of those plastic containers you've accumulated Use them as molds to create Hypertufa Outdoor Planters!

What's Hypertufa?
It's a manufactured substitute for natural tufa, which is a slowly precipitated limestone rock. Created with Portland cement, peat moss, vermiculite, and water, it's very porous and favorable for plant growth. Leave them natural, or take it up a notch by adding textured surfaces, paint, and embellishments!

Taught by local artist Andrea Gillhoolley.
